X3 is the third instalment in our all-conquering AXiS trilogy of connected digital radio devices. A double winner of What Hi-Fi?’s ‘Radio Product of the Year’, Which? Magazine’s ‘Best Buy’ 2013 and recipient of a coveted Red Dot Product Design Award.

Updated for model year 2014 and sporting a fresh new gunmetal livery, X3 benefits from the addition of an Apple Lightning dock for iPhone 5/5S/5C connectivity, as well as improved Bluetooth® streaming quality.

AXiS X3 uniquely combines multi-format radio reception with iPod and iPhone docking and CD quality wireless audio streaming from your aptX® compatible Bluetooth® device or DLNA audio playback from a PC or Mac computer. AXiS X3 is capable of receiving a full range of digital radio standards including DAB, DAB+, FM with RDS and wi-fi radio. Next generation multimedia services such as DAB Slideshow and RadioVis are also supported. This compact radio features a 3.5″ colour TFT display, and is controlled via an icon-driven touchscreen user interface, enabling quick and easy navigation around the radio’s many advanced features. AXiS X3 boasts award-winning audio performance, courtesy of its 8W Class-D amplifier and patented Balanced Radiator loudspeaker technology.
