Atacama NEXUS 5i
The Atacama entry level Nexus range of speakers has long been hailed as superb quality products for a low cost. Atacama pride themselves on offering their customers value for money, with the Nexus Speaker Stands as one of their proudest achievements. As with their SL stands, the Nexus stand is manufactured from heavy gauge steel with hollow columns designed to benefit from Atacama Atabites. Atacama Isolation gel pads were designed to adhere to the top plates and are made from a high performance elastomer which Atacama say not only are non-slip and non scratch but also give excellent sound and vibration resistance. Both Atabites and Isolation Gel Pads can be bought separately at Divine Audio also.
The Atacana Nexus 5i speaker stands stand at 500mm (19.7") high, with a 4mm thick steel top plate. Carpet spikes are supplied as standard, and as these are the upgraded version of the original stands, they now include Isolation Gel Pads.
